Solutions to Problems Opening Iomega Tools The following screens indicate various problems encountered by the system in trying to open Iomega Tools, followed by possible solutions. No Drive Connected   • Check all hardware connections. • Check SCSI ID and SCSI termination. • Try restarting with extensions off, run Iomega Guest, and then open Iomega Tools. • Refer to the Iomega Software Manual for more solutions.   Old Driver Version   • Try rerunning Zip Install from the Zip Tools disk or the Zip Install floppy. • Try restarting with extensions off, run Iomega Guest, and then open Iomega Tools. • You may see this message if a non-Iomega driver is trying to control the Zip drive. Refer to the Iomega Software Manual for problem solving help.   Different Driver Version   The version numbers of the Iomega driver and Iomega Tools must be the same. Run the latest version of Zip Install.   No Driver Installed   Run Zip Install from the Zip Tools disk or the Zip Install floppy.
